Bungalow situated in the Cornish village of Pelynt (pop. 2000), approx. 4 mi from both the pretty fishing villages of Looe & Polperro. Plymouth is about 24 mi away. The surrounding area is acknowledged as one of outstanding natural beauty.

Our bungalow is in a quiet cul-de-sac of 20 properties, all occupied by retired people. Having a corner plot we have un-interrupted views across the village & open countryside.

Well stocked & maintained garden inc. a Koi pond; sunny aspect, large deck area there are sun loungers, garden furniture & a gas barbecue available. Dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, large garden room overlooking the village & countryside, patio doors out to deck area. Central heating, 3 TVs inc. 32" flatscreen TV in the lounge with Sky receiver and DVD player, music centre. Master bedroom en-suite. NOT suitable for children.

Pelynt has a grocery shop (with off licence, post office & newspapers), a butchers; good restaurant and village pub; St Nuns Church of England & a Methodist Church. Cornwall is well known for its many attractions, inc: National Trust houses & gardens, The Eden greenhouse domes at St Austell, Marine Aquarium in Plymouth, National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, Tate Gallery St Ives, many fishing villages & ports, superb beaches, Bodmin moor, etc. Sports facilities inc some 40 golf courses, fishing both sea & lakes, horse riding, a cycle path around Cornwall, sailing, surfing, tennis, bowling, walking the coastal footpath, etc. There is limited public transport, in Liskeard there is a mainline railway station & Newquay & Exeter have regional airports.
