We are empty nesters who can now enjoy some wonderful independant travel. Our home is an attractive 2 storey English style home set on a small beach about 25 minutes out of Auckland. We are right on the beach front with lovely views over the water. We have a little boat which we sometimes use to go across to a nearby marina and have a coffee and breakfast.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 offices, 2 receptions, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and conservatory. We also have an attractive garden for outdoor relaxing or entertaining. We have the usual amenities including 3 TVs, stereo, video, microwave etc. A car would be available if the same is offered to us.

We also have a brand new holiday house on the Coromandel Peninsula which is 2 hours southeast from Auckland and which may be available for swappers.

Good shopping is close with reasonable public transport.

We are a couple who enjoy travel. We have had six very successful swaps already, one to London, one to Bristol, another to Washington DC, one to Sydney, one to Cape Cod and one to San Francisco. We have loved our swaps and our swappers have also been happy.

Ian is a retired photographer who now enjoys a range of sporting activities including tennis, skiing, trout fishing, and tramping. Jan is a family court barrister. We also have a holiday house on the Coromandel Peninsula which has 4 bedrooms and a wonderful view over water to mountains. It may be available for swappers as well. We are very careful home owners and only wish to swap with others who will be as careful with our home. We wish to come home and find our home as we left it and ready for us to return to with laundry done and the beds ready for us. We are open to offers for swaps and would consider anywhere.
