June/July here is mild and usually pleasant and sunny about 19 celsius duing the day and Dec/Jan aprox 30 celsius high.

Sydney is a bustling City of 4 million food & wine lovers. The famous Hunter Valley wine growing area is a short drive away. The scenic Blue Mountains are also close by, and gorgeous beaches are minutes drive away for local or 30 minutes to the famous Bondi Beach. Harbour cruises and boating are on our doorstep by a 10 minute ferry ride to Circular Quay and the Opera House.

Pam & Derek are a married couple of 45 years. Both are retired and have exchanged successfully 14 times before. Born in England and migrated to Australia in 1965, Derek is an ex Grenadier Guard and both are fastidious about leaving your place tidy.
