A 3 minute stroll to surf/swimming beach on mid north coast close to Forster/Tuncurry. Newcastle city 2 hours south & Sydney 3 hours south. The Hunter Valley (wine region) 1.5 hours. The Gold Coast is approx 8 hours drive to the north. Our home is almost new with every convenience. Open plan kitchen, family room, dining & lounge area with main bedroom, dressing room & ensuite all upstairs while downstairs two double bedrooms plus full bathroom with spa bath, office/study containing double sofabed. There is also a laundry & garage with internal access. View to the ocean at the front & rainforest at the back, this is a particularly nice area of the east coast. Plenty of balconies for outdoor living & alfresco dining with lots of privacy.

We are Heather & Ray, retired & in our early seventies,very fit & active & enjoy travelling. In 2013 we plan to visit England,Scotland & France & looking for a house, cottage or apartment. We have had several exchanges & find them to be very rewarding & enjoyable. We do not need exchange to be simultaneous as we have other accomodation available to us.
