Gananoque is a pretty town in the beautiful 1000 Islands, 15 mins to bridge to USA. Toronto 3 hrs, Montreal 2 1/2 hrs, Ottawa 1 1/4 hrs.

Our home is older, fully renovated, 2 balconies facing St. Lawrence River. Full living room/dining room, newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with breakfast room, den with TV, VCR & DVD player. Main bedroom overlooks river, has king size bed, new ensuite bathroom with shower & soaker tub. Two other bedrooms have queen bed and 2 single beds, with new bathroom. Deck leads to small easy maintenance garden & double garage.

We are near the excellent local theatre, which runs May-Nov. Boat tours of the islands and other attractions nearby e.g. Golf courses, tennis courts, boat & kayak rentals, small beach, park.

Ric has retired from University administration, and is now involved with the local Concert Assoc., Probus and is warden at our church. Liz retired from a 12 bedroom country inn we owned and operated. She chairs the board of the local professional theatre, is an active member of the Rotary Club, and also at our Anglican church.

We are now happy to travel, visit our children(4), grandchildren (7), friends and family in England.
