Detached villa, 3 bedrooms sleeps 4, 2.5 bathrooms, large swimming pool, 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, 5 minutes by car.

Our home is very clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated, we have 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms each with double bed, main bedroom has en suite with shower, long balcony connects bedroom 1 and 2 view of the sea, our 3rd bedroom is used mainly for storage etc.

We have a large comfortable lounge with TV and DVD, fireplace with gas log effect fire inset, kitchen/dining room; the kitchen has washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, all the usual appliances. We have another room in which we have the computer and printer plus the piano, and another table and chairs and we use it as a breakfast room come study, and that opens out onto the tiled patio area around the swimming pool, where we have outside seating and dining furniture plus a barbecue area.

We do not accept children, pets or smokers.

Ayia Napa is blessed with wonderful sandy beaches, the best on this side of the island, and only a few minutes drive away.

The picturesque Ayia Napa harbour is always interesting with boats in and out all the time, lovely to just sit and have a drink and watch, or go for a nice boat trip.

Very nice restaurants and tavernas all close by, and club land also.

Cape Greco and the sea caves is beautiful for walkers with breathtaking views and it is just 9km away.

And the outstanding waterpark of Ayia Napa is a must.

A little bit furter to go, the Troodos mountains are beautiful you can drive there in about an hour, in the winter months there is snow on them and you can ski.

Interesting old churches and ruins to view in Ayia Napa square, also in Paralimni (our next town). 3 good sized supermarkets in Paralimni plus a host of other shops to cater for all your needs. Very good hospital also and pharmacies.

We are both retired, we came out here to live 9 years ago, we lived in Christchurch in Dorset before coming here.

Eddie my husband is a young 75 year old, me Jenny I am 68, we are both fit and healthy, we do a lot of walking and swimming in our pool, ocassionally I go riding, we have a lot of friends here and do quite a lot of entertaining and socialising. Edd used to play sax and clarinet, but now only tinkles on the piano (ha ha).

We have sun 9 or 10 months of the year, so it would be nice to see some rain in the warmer climes of the UK.
