This 2 bedroom apartment is in the centre of Cannes. We purchased it in April 2010 and had it newly renovated. It is decorated in a contemporary style and is very bright. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one ensuite). There is also another full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and bedroom 2 has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The living area is open plan and consists of dining area, lounge and modern american style kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The apartment has a huge terrace with eating area for 6 people and 2 sun loungers. There is a shared pool in the complex and free secure underground parking. There is also free wi/fi and air conditioning. The lounge has a flat screen tv and dvd player.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and even less to the main shopping st. In a central location this apartment has it all and with over 300 days a year of blue skies in Cannes you can't go wrong.

We want to give our children an opportunity to see different parts of the world by using our holiday home as an exchange. My husband and I both play golf and tennis and go to gym regularly. Our children are involved in various sports - tennis, hockey, rugby and swimming and one of our daughters is very interested in drama.
