Our home is a magnificent contemporary country house set in almost Seven Acres with uninterrupted views of Scotland's most famous loch. Originally built in 1968 for a local hotelier, it was cleverly designed to take full advantage of the site's elevated position and the stunning loch views. All of the rooms have been refurbished and have panoramic south facing views with large windows.

The oak entrance door leads to a hallway with access to a large 70 square metre lounge with polished iroko hardwood floors and full height windows. The views from this room are truly breathtaking. Patio doors lead onto a decked sun terrace.

The large kitchen has beautiful Ashley Ann contemporary units in an arts and Crafts style with delightful stained glass detailing and imported Italian solid granite worktops. This modern kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher, double oven, two fridges and a microwave.

Next to the kitchen is the dining room with polished merbau hardwood floor with South facing windows stretching the length of one wall which take full advantage of the magnificent views.
The bedrooms each have en-suite facilities and all have absolutely stunning views of Loch and the surrounding hills.

Each bedroom comes with a king sized bed. Ensuite facilities include a bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Outside there is almost seven acres of ground which includes both formal gardens and splendid mature trees which provide a haven for all types of wildlife. This includes red squirrels, deer, foxes and a mixed variety of wild birds.

Entrance to the property is via electronic gates operated by remote control which lead up a sweeping driveway to the house. Mono blocked paving provides access from the house to the grounds. Whilst grass pathways lead to the waterfalls and deep pools.
