Okehampton is a laid back town smack bang in the middle of Devon so all of it's attractions and beaches are easily accessible. Town has local shops, Waitrose and Co-op supermarkets. Bude, Padstow, Boscastle, Tintagel also within 1 hours journey.

Dartmoor is accessible without getting in the car. The Granite Way and Tarka Trail are superb walking/cycle trails.

Okehampton also has a great riverside park and steam railway.

The house is new and has a large lawned garden. It commands superb views over the local area. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite, and 2 single bedrooms. Lots of downstairs space. Large kitchen, lounge (with extra sofa bed) and dining room. Lounge opens out onto balcony with steps down to garden.
