Semi-detached house in a very quiet road. Situated close to the sea at Eastney, within walking distance of local shops.
All the rooms are a good size and you are welcome to use all facilities including childrens toys should you so wish. We have quite a large garden for a house in the centre of a town. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs bedroom, bedsettee in lounge. Ample parking as most houses use their garages.
Practically on our doorstep is a large park for dog walking. Good road and rail links are close by. Day trips to London, Isle of Wight or New Forest are easy.
Close by is Gunwharf Quays with the Spinnaker Tower and the Historic Dockyard.Plenty of good restaurants and several theatres in the area.

We are a couple of primary school teachers Ron and Helen Parker with 3 boys Alexander 7, Matthew 5 and Thomas 4. We are looking to exchange for summer holidays and breaks at Easter etc.
We have a black labrador Basil(11), who can be left as part of the exchange or we have lots of people who will look after him. Any part of UK at present as we are new to this and testing the water.
