Charming, well-loved, 2-bed, terraced house, located in old Stonehaven conservation area. 1 min walk to one of the most beautiful harbours in the UK & beach. 2 min to fab woods & a magnificent cliff walk to the ruins of medieval Dunnottar Castle

Our local pub was recently voted the best in Scotland. The town offers 5 excellent restaurants

Stonehaven is home to a unique outdoor, heated,olympic, artdeco swimming pool; golf club; tennis club; kayaking club & sailing club. All 5 min walk or less

There are seals & occasional dolphin. In season, puffins. 10 min drive to one of the largest bird reserves in UK, 1/2hr to other great nature reserves

Royal Deeside, 1/2hr drive. 1hr to the Cairngorms (ski/walk/climb)

We are a responsible couple, interested mainly in nature & outdoor activities. I run a yoga centre offering classes retreats and holidays.

My partner specialises in drystone wall building,& is interested in ecohousing generally. Hobbies include yoga, kayaking, walking & swimming. He also runs, boxes, & is generally into fitness. We own good mountain bikes, average seakayaks, yoga mats & punch bag. You are welcome to borrow these. Surfing beach, 1 min walk

We're open to offers, including weekends & don't mind petsitting.

For the famous new year Stonehaven Fireball ceremony, watch from the window. We are situated on the street it takes place, so no queues:)
