Clarke Cottage is a delightful 17th Century Dales cottage with oak beams, inglenook fireplace and many original features. The huge rear garden offers beautiful views of typical Dales limestone scenery.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one double and one with 2 single beds. There is a combined shower/bath and wc. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room with coal fire, a living kitchen, kitchen annex and laundry room. In the garden you will find a summer house, BBQ and children's play area. Ingleton is a village situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales- "Land of waterfalls and caves". It is an ideal location for walking, cycling and caving. The lake District, Leeds and York are an hour's drive away.

We are John and Brenda Clarke- both over 55 and enjoying life to the full! We live in Bradford, Yorkshire. When John retired he searched around for a new challenge and discovered a derelict cottage in Ingleton, North Yorkshire. This has been lovingly renovated to a high standard. We have one son and two grand children aged 10 and 13. We are happy to consider a range of exchanges but would be particularly interested in areas that offer skiing, walking and on and off road cycling.
