Unusual, spacious, bright Architects house in quiet part of central Brighton with sea views. House over 3 floors, with top floor master bedroom and bathroom, first floor with bedrooms (1 with bunk beds and 1 double), large sitting room and bathroom, ground floor with kitchen, sitting room and office, and basement playroom, with comfortable futon and single bed. Spacious and modern kitchen looks over garden with dining area (kitchen table seats 8).

House very central. Beach 10 mins walk, shops, restaurants and theaters 5 mins walk, Waitrose supermarket 4 mins walk, the Downs and countryside 15 mins drive. The house is up on a hill has great views and is quiet considering it is so close to city center. Car not essential, but parking can be arranged with vouchers.

We are a family of four. Two adults in their 40's and two boys aged 4 and 10. We would normally holiday as a family but may take other extended family members occasionally. We have not exchanged before. We have two young Kittens (4 months old) which we would like looked after if possible. If that would be difficult for an otherwise suitable exchanger we would board them. We like both city and countryside and are fairly active on holiday. Our boys like swimming and cycling.
