18th Century converted barn with extensive gardens & spectacular views, set in stunning countryside between the Yorkshire Dales & the Lake District. Dentdale attracts many visitors each year from painters to musicians to families that enjoy great times together, however it still remains a hidden Gem in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, away from the hussle & bussle of the nearby towns of Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal & Hawes. Dentdale hosts a calendar of events and leisure activities (see www.discoverdentdale.co.uk) which caters for all ages.

Dentdale is steeped in history, it's marble was used to build the railway bridges on the famous Settle to Carlisle line, Dent station is the highest mainline station in England.

School holidays are key to us, skiing in Feb half term, villas on the coast in Europe in the summer. We have young chilrdren that need space to play, we enjoy cooking and spending time togther. We enjoy the out doors away from the hussle & bussle. Dent is a great base to explore the Lakes & Dales. More photos available!
