Our house is a mid-terrace of 3, with a spacious kitchen, log burner in the lounge, dining room/play room and 3 double bedrooms.

Back yard/patio has outside kitchen with BBQ and little pizza oven.

Black Torrington is a small friendly village in rural north west Devon. The village has a little shop and a pub. We are surrounded by farmland with nice walks, bike rides and pubs. On a clear day we can see Dartmoor (30 mins) drive. 40 mins drive from gorgeous north Devon/ Cornish coastline Sandymouth, Crackington Haven, Bude. Good for walking, surfing, playing - we can leave maps and ideas of good places to visit. It's pretty rural - not a destination for shopaholics, although Waitrose is 7 miles away.

The front garden gets the morning sun and the big back garden leads up to our small field and 4 chickens. Fresh eggs free to all visitors!

Family of 2 adults and 3 girls, aged 6, 5 and 2 yrs. We are looking to exchange with and without the children. Will works locally with a small forestry company. Polly's life is pretty full of small children, but they seem well behaved. We like walking, surfing, cycling, cooking and sporadic gardening! We've got 4 hens that our lovely neighbours can look after if you don't want to. We like to keep our family home clean and tidy but are not obsessive! We would treat your home with respect and look after it as our own.
