We are one hour by train from London and approximately 45 minutes by car to costal towns of Brighton and Eastbourne.

We are 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport.

We are next to a National Trust property with lovely walks and also near Ardingly where they have Antique & Collectors Fairs every month. We have a number of National Trust properties in the area.

We have good 18 hole golf courses nearby one of which is Chartham Park where we are members. Ashdown Forest is nearby and Weirwood Resevoir. Tunbridge Wells Spa town is about 35 minutes by car where there is excellent shopping facilities. Shops, restaurants and pubs nearby in East Grinstead about 5 minutes by car.

There will be 3 of us. John and Gail are both retired. We will be joined by Rebecca who is John's adult daughter.

John is a retired Solicitor and Gail was a Probate Executive for a Law firm. We are members of the National Trust.
