Lovely 1 Bed home in Canonbie, Scotland

If you're looking to get away from it all then this could be for you! Our hideaway cabin is a relaxing retreat, 8 miles from Gretna Green and just off the A7 tourist route to Edinburgh. Ideally situated for exploring Dumfries and Galloway as well as the Scottish Borders. Only 1 mile from the village of Canonbie where there is a post office/village shop, church and pub which serves food. Close to the River Esk for fishing and river walks. This area was known as The Debateable Lands and is steeped in clan history.

We are a 10 minute drive from Gretna railway station and there are good bus links on the Edinburgh to Carlisle tourist route through the border.

Our self catering cabin offers studio accommodation within the grounds of our family home and sleeps 2 adults. We would be able to do a non-simultaneous exchange.

Large garden, traditional cedar hot tub and gazebo over looking large pond and an abundance of wildlife.
