Edwardian (renovated) 4 bed house over 3 floors in leafy London suburb - Ealing - 25 minutes to West End.

The house has many original features including fireplaces.

Children mean that the property is family-friendly, but would be very comfortable for a couple too. The loft / master bedroom is en-suite with separate shower and bath.

The three childrens rooms are on the middle floor with their own bathroom (with shower). One bedroom has a bunk-bed (age 7-16) and another a child bed (up to 12 years)

Downstairs there is a lounge, large open plan kitchen / dining room / lounge leading to pretty garden. The garden has a seating area plus table and chairs for 5 or 6 people.

Lounge 1: 40" TV, DVD + cable TV with surround sound. Lounge 2: We have a good computer with 40" TV monitor(also for DVDs). Wireless cover throughout.

The large park at the end of our road, with a children's play area, leads to a meadow and the GrandCanal.

Local amenities - for example shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, local pub, restaurants are close by, as is our church.

The nearest train line is the Piccadilly Line which runs between Heathrow and Central London, so it is only 15 minutes to Heathrow or 25 minutes to Covent Garden / Piccadilly and London's West End. The station is a short walk. Buses also run from the end of our road.

We are close to road transport links, including M4, M3, M25, M40 and North Circular so access to the rest of the country and countryside is very easy by car.

We are a family of five. Dan is the Director of a Charity and Susan a nurse.

We have 3 children - a boy of 15 and two girls aged 11 and 15.

We have exchanged houses over the last 5 years and would like to do so again in the school holidays. We hope you will want to come to London and explore all it has to offer, so we look forward to hearing from you :o)
