Our home is a lovely, XIX house overlooking a beautiful park with a great play area. It is in the Historical City Center of the Aviles (port city of ASTURIAS. Locate near the new Niemeyer Cultural Center) and has around many restaurants, bars and shops. The appartement is nowadays (from 2007) reformed adapted to the current needs (1? level) with all services. 70 m2: 1 room (bed 2 persons and other small for a children), dinning-room (1 big sofa bed for 2 persons) kitchen, 4 balcony, 1 bathroom. All the things of a house: micro, sheets, towels, cutlery, dishes, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, television and radio, board games...Also have internet. Very sunny and with heating. 4 balconies look at a pedestrian street. IT COLUD BE FOR 5 PERSONS TOO.

About Aviles City: Its old quarters have been declared a Historic-Artistic-Monumental complex that houses important examples of civil and religious architecture. Our house is one of them. The city is on a region very central, proximity to wild beaches (10 minutes by bus or by car), to Picos de Europa (1 hour), Gijon and Oviedo (30 minutes) and to the Asturias airport (15 minutes).
