Our renovated semi-detached Victorian house is set in the sought after village of Chiddingfold (recently named by Sunday Times as one of the top 12 villages in the UK) and has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 children's bedroom with twin kids beds), upstairs bathroom plus downstairs WC, a garden which backs onto a field (which has lots of kids toys incl a trampoline) and is a short walk from local shops, post office, free tennis courts, kids playground and award-winning pubs.

It's a 5 min drive to nearest train station for a 55 min journey to London Waterloo. From Heathrow airport it's a 45min drive, from London Gatwick it's just under 1 hour, and less than 1 hr from the South Coast beaches.

We are looking for an exchange in August 2012 (open to suggestions on location) plus December 2012 / January 2013.
