Description

This unique fully furnished 3-bedroom village town house is located in the heart of the scenic village of Stowe, Vermont in a private location. Stowe is known as the ski capitol of New England.

The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The large architect designed sunken living room with cathedral ceiling wood beams is designed for a commanding village view and a southerly view of the Worcester mountain range. The living area has large leather upholstered couches, card table, TV console and a Clavinova. It has a large remote controlled propane fireplace. The house is heated throughout by a radiant system in the floors. The upstairs is occupied entirely by a large 900 square foot master suite and bath with cathedral ceilings, a king bed as well as a chair and its own deck. You can also relax and soak in the Jacuzzi whirlpool tub while looking through the master bath windows with village views. Enjoy the New England original landscape oil paintings throughout the house. There is a shared entrance and foyer with a separate studio apartment and a private front entrance with a large covered porch with gas grill. Parking is shared with a law office on the lower level and a studio apartment on the wing of the building.

There are wooded trails behind the house and across the street is the Stowe Recreation path.
