I am a responsible, non-smoking, independent 54 year old woman, with grown up children, although my youngest is 13. I have swopped before with huge success as I love to travel but cannot afford to rent or stay in hotels. I would treat your home as my own, and take great care. I am neat and tidy. My London flat is a second home so there is plenty of cupboard space. I love antiques and carpets, and my home is an elegant, original place which is not suitable for young children.
