Recently modernised bungalow in the small rural Kent village of Stockbury, which is within an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Lounge with log fire, large kitchen / diner, two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), bathroom, loft study (accessed by loft ladder with handrail, containing double futon) and a large garden.

Stockbury has a village shop, a pub and lots of very friendly people. London is less than an hour away by train (station is about a 10 minute drive away). The historic cities of Canterbury and Rochester are a short drive away, as is the coastal town of Whitstable. It has good motorway links and is well placed for lots of National Trust places throughout the south east. There are ample walks - the Pilgrims way passing within a 10 minue drive.

We have recently retired after careers as an MD and a social worker. We are new to home exchanges but welcome the oppotunity to visit new places and invite people to enjoy Kent and surrounding areas. We have a cot and high chair available.
