In an Art Deco building, our 2 room compact flat is located in Paris 17th district, near the Champs Elysees (10 mn walk) and the beautiful Parc Monceau (5 mn walk) in a lively yet quiet neighbourhood (various food shops, clothes stores, restaurants and bars). The Louvre for example is within 20 min by public transport (Opera 15 mn).

The bedroom with a king size bed, the living room with a convertible sofa, are suitable for 2 people (possibly 3). The kitchen is open with a bar, and the bathroom and the toilets are separated. Each room of the flat has a window (including kitchen, bathroom and toilets) so the inhabitants can really enjoy the daylight. The flat is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.
