Cape Cod Style with large yard less than mile to beach

We, Carole and Bob, have lived here almost thirty-five years. Our children, Anne and Mary, are grown and living in San Francisco and New York. We are interested in visiting those cities as well as seeing more of the US and are open to possibilities beyond the US. Our cats(Freddie & Sallie have adopted a lost kitten, Lil) are indoor/outdoor. They only require dry food and water daily. Our neighbor is always willing to care for them if you will be taking side trips away. Gardening is one of our happiest hobbies and the yard is watered automatically. All are welcome to share whatever produce is in season.Within walking distance to ocean and charming little village with lots of restaurants and small shops.

Boating rentals nearby, a Pier and fishing boats.

Bike path from Redondo/Torrance Beach to Santa Monica. Downtown LA about 40 minutes by car for theatre, music, ethnic dining. Be happy to provide more detailed information.
