I live in a comfortable modern 2 bedroomed first floor maisonette which I have completely renovated; I am planning to convert my loft so by the summer there should be a large 3rd bedroom with a shower room. The maisonette also has a small private garden with summerhouse.

My home is 15 minutes walk from the station (20 minutes to central London and all the attractions of the South Bank (London Eye, National Theatre, National Film Theatre etc).

Twickenham is a safe leafy suberb in South West London which is close to the River Thames, Royal Parks, Hampton Court and other attractions.

Twickenham is renowned for its rugby stadium where you can do tours. I can also offer you access to Twickenham Tennis Club of which I am the Chairman.

The property is ideal for a couple or small family. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a double put-you-up in the sitting room.

The exchange party would consist of me (I have my own consultancy) and my partner Bridget (an occupational therapist)and one or more of my adult children (22 year old twins and 23 year old) who are all in higher education.
