OMOKOROA BEACH: We have a brand new 4 bedroom home for exchange on the beautiful Omokoroa peninsular. All photographs are taken in or within 10 minutes walk of the property.

We offer 2 double and 2 single bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite and both with walk in showers.

Ultra modern kitchen, with 2 lounges and a laundry.

Skye TV, including sports and broadband wireless internet is also available.

Omokoroa Beach is a small rural village but with essential facilities such as a full medical centre including Doctors, dentist and physio, a library, hairdressers,health and beauty treatments, fruit and veg and community shop all within walking distance, as are numerous orchards with sales at the gate.

Within walking distance are also hot thermal pools to ease your bones, should you take advantage of the numerous walks with 3 cafes to enjoy a flat white or latte.There is also the local Boat Club restaurant serving meals from the waters edge deck.

Omokoroa is a watersports paradise with safe swimming, kayaking and sailing almost at the door. The big surf is nearby at Mount Maunganui or Waihi beaches.

Tauranga city is 20 minutes away and also connected by a local bus service. Within an hour and a half is the Coromandel peninsular or Rotorua.

We have a car we would be able to exchange too.

We are looking to exchange in 2013 and 2014 and are keen to visit Canada. Italy would also be a possibility but we are open to offers anywhere too.

We also would really welcome home exchanges in our own New Zealand, both North and South Island.
