We have a 4 bedroom, stone built house in a historic conservation area, overlooking fields and woodland. Situated on the outskirts of Leeds and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, just 5 minutes drive from Leeds Bradford airport and 20 minutes from Leeds itself.
The house has kitchen, lounge, conservatory, 3 double bedrooms and 1 other used as a study, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a good sized garden with patio and lawn. We have 2 cats, who are fairly self-sufficient but who would need daily feeding or can be fed by a neighbour.
Good transport links to London (2 hours) and Edinburgh (2.5 hours), historic York and spa town Harrogate (30 mins.) Leeds is very central in the UK, has excellent shopping and is a vibrant modern city. Bronte Haworth and Hockney Saltaire are both close by; Manchester is 1 hour away. Good local transport.
