Upper House is situated at the end of quiet picturesque countryside village and is a charming country house built around 1780 with period charm including beams and exposed timbers and superb views over the Shropshire countryside.
In close proximity to the Long Mynd, part of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area offers glorious walks, horse riding, gliding & mountain biking. The nearby medieval county town of Shrewsbury offers a theatre, shops, pubs and restaurants whilst the bustling market town of Ludlow(gastronomic centre of Shropshire) and the famous, world Heritage town of Ironbridge are both short drives away.

We are a family of four. My wife and I are directors of a family owned business. Our 12yr old son and 15yd old daughter are keen horseriders and we all love the outdoor life.
We are looking for somewhere where we can enjoy some family time having an active outdoor holiday during school holidays or shorter weekend breaks during term time. We do have 3 cats,3 dogs, 3 chickens (and a goldfish) and all(bar the goldfish)can be homed elsewhere whilst we're away. We have a choice of cars if you need one to explore the area.
