Lovely 3 Bed home in Witham, England

Hello myself and my daughter welcome you to our house which is situated on the outskirts of Witham town centre. It is a 20 min walk into town. Up the road 5 mins walk is a chinese take-away and hairdresser. Our house is situated on a large close which is quiet with a nice outlook on to the green and a large garden backing on to farmland with easy access to nice country walks.

Approx 10 min walk to a large supermarket, petrol station (fuel) and witham train station. Approx 30 mins on the train to Stratford (Olympic park) and the same to the famous Westfields shopping centre and to Liverpool Street London. Witham town centre has everything you need for a days shopping and a large sports centre with three swimming pools and there is also a new one being built now. Lots of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, library, etc.

Chelmsford city centre is approx 10 mins by car or 2 stops on the train and offers lots of shops cinemas clubs pubs etc. Colchester is also 20 min drive and is a lovely town centre with a lot of character the oldest recorded town in England. It has lots to see and do it also offers 1 of the best largest zoos.

Approx 40 min drive to Clacton sea-side and further 10 mins to Frinton on Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze. Clacton has a pier with rides. Maldon which has been on TV a few times is also a nice small town with a promenade where the sea comes in and it has a few pubs and a marina etc is approximately 20mins by car or bus. Braintree town is approximately 20mins by car or bus and one stop on the train. It has a nice designer shopping centre and also the old part of town which has shops etc.Just to mention we have sky plus TV and also lots of german channels on my other satelite.
