The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ducted air conditioning and heating. Balcony has a table seating 8 plus a gas barbeque/grill
Living room has full length windows and a large flat screen TV and Bose stereo system. The kitchen is very well equipped with such things as coffee grinder, food processor, pasta machine and juicer, among others. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The heated pool, gym and sauna are indoors on level 1. There is a building manager on site between 8am and 10pm after which a security guard is on duty.

The area is clean and safe and close to public transport.

I am willing to discuss use of my car should you wish.

I am a short walk to the city centre and the surrounding areas have an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, clothing stores and bookshops.

The river is a 5 minute walk away and the art galleries and theatres are within walking distance.

Although I am inner city, a 5 minute walk will have you in a quiet suburban area.

It is a 10 minute drive to the bay and beaches.

The South Melbourne fresh food market and a large supermarket are a 5 minute walk.

As Victoria is a small state, it is possible to be on the Great Ocean road, the wine growing area or the mountains within 1 hour.

There are also many bike and walking trails within the city leading to the outer areas.
