The best of South West England

Lovely, highly appointed, modern 5 / 6 double bedroom house just 10 mins from central Bristol, yet set down a gravel drive amongst two huge copper beech trees, in a lovely rural situation. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Huge family kitchen - dining room and two living room areas. One of the best things about the house is it's brilliant location - just a few minutes from the train station with direct train connections to London and rest of UK and Bristol airport ( connections to every major European city) is 10 mins away by car, yet we are NOT under the flight path so it's simply peaceful, idyllic English countryside here. Bristol is a vibrant city full of history just 20 mins away, and Bath is an easy drive too. Rolling english countryside on our doorstep yet less than 2 hours to London by train.

The small town of Nailsea has everything you need, and there are great pubs within walking distance. Super local facilities- sports, horse riding, walks and National Trust houses on your door step. There is a 14th century manor house down the lane and lots going on. My family are close by to help.

My car (nissan Qashqai) can be available and we have a family house on the coast in South Devon that can be available for visits by arrangement. Great for surfing and seafood.

About the location

We are in Nailsea, a small satellite town just 10 mins from central Bristol ( 20 mins in the rush hour) There is easy access to everything that's best in Bristol and the south of England and we are a few mins from Bristol airport, so you can be In Edinburgh, Paris or Rome within a couple of hours. If you don't want to drive, there is a bus stop a minute's walk from the house with buses straight into Bristol city Centre, and the train station (to Bath, London etc) is a 10 - 15 minute walk away.
The town has everything with walking distance, two supermarkets, pharmacy, takeaways, etc. Bristol is a great city, dockside pubs & walks, fab buildings and Brunel's Suspension Bridge and the SS great Britain. There is the lively docks area, fantastic bars and restaurants and good shopping & nightlife. It's also home to Banksy and famous for its street art. The beautiful and historic city of Bath is also very near, easily accessible by local trains, as are places like Stratford upon Avon, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle.
