I offer a 45 sq. meter apartment (one bedroom, one convertible sofa bed) that can easily accommodate 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (5th story). Please note that there is no lift or, unfortunately disabled access (this is located in an old apartment building).

My little apartment is in the hyper-center of Paris, in the heart of the historical center, at the northern tip of the Marais, a beautiful and history-packed neighborhood known for its ancient and elegant buildings, nice restaurants, deli and trendy shops.

Two metro stations are available within the area (5 minute walk max), with access to 5 different metro lines. Various bus stops are nearby as well as shops, lovely restaurants and an adorable typical marketplace, just a few minutes away. The Marais neighborhood is right at your feet, the Louvre is 25 minutes away.
