Located in the beautiful Byron Shire close to Mullumbimby town and white sandy beaches swimmable all year around. Our home comprises a Queensland style house and kitchen/living pavilion with wide open verandas looking out across the swimming pool onto neighouring countryside.

Our home is ideal for families or those wanting to soak up the sub tropical charm of eco friendly village life near the beach. 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Car for possible exchange is a Toyota Yaris.

This unique and beautiful Australian hard wood built Queensland style country house is in an idyllic setting 2 kms from Mullumbimby town and 20 minutes from Byron Bay. The house consists of 3 bedrooms (each with a double or queen sized bed) which are off a large music/sitting room, large bathroom and utility area and long carport.

The house connects by sun filled to the large central pavilion with carport. This incorporates a galley kitchen, inside/outside dining areas and living room. The main verandas look over the pool as seen in the photos. Neighbouring tenants share the pool.

The house and pavilion are fully appointed with mainly antique furniture and artefacts. Linen, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided. The house, pool and garden will be clean and tidy for occupation with clean linen in the cupboard. We ask that everything be left in the same condition at the end of the tenancy. Pool maintenance is required.

The area is famed for it`s hinterland beauty, beaches and music festivals. Byron Bay Pubs, clubs and cafes are world renowned. Weather is mild all the year with spring and Autumn being the preferred times for visitors. This is a world class destination with an eclectic population famed for `alternative` life style. The extraordinary and the eccentric prevail in this area which was an original outpost of the 60`s Hippy fraternity.
