Majorca: Our home is a comfortable flat/apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), and living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Main bedroom - with double bed and en suite bathroom, bedroom 2 with bunk beds (2 beds) and bedroom 3 with another single bed.

The property is located in the district of Santa Catalina, where highlights the traditional market (with excellent fresh and local products), cafes, restaurants and terraces.

Very close are green areas of Plaza Progreso (3 min walk from home) and Sa Feixina (10 min), with spectacular playgrouds for children and beautiful shadows to enjoy in summer.

The location of our house makes it an ideal place to discover the best areas of Palma: Paseo Maritimo Baluard Museum, the old part of the city, Cathedral, Palace of the Almudaina, El Born, Contramurada or the Bellver Castle.

Nearby beaches of Palma (Illetes, Cala Major, Santa Ponsa and Arenal) are easily accessible by bus from Plaza Progreso. Virgin spectacular beaches (no buildings) takes only a 40 minutes drive from home.
If you are interested, car exchange is an option. We have an Opel Meriva (5 seats).
