Quality exchange offers only

All members pay £35 for 1 year or £55 for 2 years to join the private, members only, service; all listings include join/renewal and expiry dates so you can see exactly how long any listing is in circulation.

Easy on-line registration

Secure payment - Payments are made on the Barclaycard secure payment website. The Barclaycard site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt credit and debit card details whilst in transit. The site address will begin with 'https://' rather than 'http://' once you have been transferred to the secure site.

Instant access to full listings

As soon as you submit your membership form you will have full access to all listings and can start contacting members with your exchange offer.

Up-to-date on-line service

New home exchange offers are added and expired listings hidden automatically every day to ensure that our database is as up to date as possible. Both join and expiry dates are included in all listings so you can easily see how long listings are in circulation.

One off membership charge – no further fees to pay once you join. Arrange as many exchanges as you want during your membership period.

Membership renewal - You will be sent a renewal reminder notice by email shortly before your membership is due to expire so please remember to update your membership details if you change your email.

Alternative subscription payment options

If you prefer not to pay on the Barclaycard secure payment site, you can still complete a form on the website, exiting the site as soon as you are transferred to the secure payment site (i.e. without completing payment). Your listing information will be saved, but not immediately released. Then, contact us for details on how to pay your subscription fee by cheque or direct bank transfer. As soon as your subscription payment is received, your listing will be released. We will send you further information on using the site and adding photos.

What else do I get for my membership?

Your listing
Compile an appealing (but honest) description of your home, facilities and local attractions. Submit your completed membership and payment forms and your listing will be added to the database immediately. Your listing will be available for viewing for one or two years depending on your membership choice.

Free photos
No additional charge to include up to eight full colour photos of your home with your listing. Information on adding photos will be sent to you as soon as you join and full details are also available on the frequently asked questions page. Listings with photos are much more attractive so try to add photos as soon as possible after you join – we will help you if you don’t have digital images or have any problems.

Access password
Choose your own unique password and view listings whenever you want during your membership period. Send messages to other members from the website using a form or by direct email. Add listings to your 'favourites' as you browse, for easy access when you are ready to contact the members with your exchange offer

Changes to your listing
Additions and changes can be made to your listing whenever needed.

Arranged an exchange?
Update your listing to give details of the next exchanges you are planning. However, if you are not ready to consider further exchange offers, you can also indicate ‘exchange arranged’ to deter members from sending you further offers

Added security
None of your personal contact information (email address, mailing address, phone number) will be visible to either members or non-members. When you are in contact with another member (via the messaging system in your private member area) you decide when you are ready to share your contact details. The exact location of your home is never disclosed on the site.

Before you join:

You may view all current home exchange listings in full (including photos) but you cannot view any contact information or contact members. Check out the newest exchange listings and last-minute offers too.

Top tip - when searching listings as a non-member, make a note of the User IDs (HE + a five digit number) displayed at the top of each listing; then, as soon as you join, you will be able to access the listing from your private member's area and contact the member directly.
