The cottage is part of a 17th century barn conversion with timber beams and great views over the Eden Valley on the edge of the beautiful Lake District area. It is an 'upside down ' property with two bedrooms and shower room downstairs and an open plan living room/ kitchen upstairs. It is situated in a lovely village with great pub which serves excellent ales and food. Culgaith is a traditional Cumbrian village with a 300 year old church right next to the cottage. The views of the Pennines and Lakes are amazing. The Northern Lakes are within 6 miles as is the picturesque market town of Penrith where there are all of the retailers you could hope for. There are numerous local scenic walks and the whole of a the Lakes are within 20 minutes drive.
