Semi-detatched house with a lovely rear garden - Bristol

Bristol voted best place to live in the UK by the Sunday Times 19/3/17. Why not visit us?

Our home is a 1935 semi detached with drive to the side and a lovely garden to rear which includes a patio, lawn with a secluded quiet area at the bottom. We are not directly overlooked by any other houses. There is also a park with tennis courts immediately opposite and walks through lanes to Blaise Castle Estate.

We have a good sized modern kitchen and bathroom, which has a large bath, WC and walk-in shower. Our lounge and dining room are very comfortable and includes a piano...if you like to play and there are patio doors straight onto a courtyard leading to our garden. The lounge also has a large HD Tv and a wide range of movies to enjoy. There is also a downstairs toilet and high speed internet Wi-Fi covering the house. We have a loft conversion which is light and airy offering views over the back gardens of the block. It is very green and full of trees and easy to forget you are in the city. The Garden also faces the south to capture the sun all day long. We have a secluded area at the bottom of the garden which is quiet and perfect for enjoying a drink and relaxing.

Upstairs, as well as the loft conversion and bathroom, we have two double bedrooms ;one queen size bed and the front bedroom offering a double bed. Both have pine flooring throughout, Our third bedroom is now used as a modern small `office`. We can go up again to the loft conversion which we use as a guest double bedroom (& is great for drying and ironing.)As it is so high up it captures the lovely view ;also you can sometimes hear the village Church bells and bird chorus. We have lived in our light and airy house for over 30 years and love the whole ambience.
