About the location

You can't beat San Francisco. Noe Valley is one of the most desirable areas of the city -- a walkable VIctorian neighborhood with good communications 15 minutes from the city center. You can get to the beach in 20 minutes and into the Marin Headlands -- hikeable country!--in half an hour. My house is a ten minute walk from the totally hip Valencia Street corridor and the Mission District.
