EAGERLY LOOKING FOR A SWAP OR POINTS TRIP FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS 2017 (FROM 21 July early Sept).

Our contemporary home is on a quiet residential street in Brockley, South East London.

There are two floors comprising of three bedrooms, one bathroom, two loos, a long, through sitting room and a kitchen leading out to a well-kept garden (with a kids trampoline and slide).

The main bedroom has a king size double, with floor space for 1 extra floor bed (not included in the 6). The second room has single bunks ideal for kids and space for 1 extra floor bed (also not included in the 6). The third double also contains a king size bed.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower on the landing. There is a downstairs loo off the kitchen. The fully equipped modern kitchen is light, airy and includes a tumble dryer.

The house is suitable for friends or families, it is very child friendly.

About the location

We love Brockley - it is one of London's best preserved Victorian neighbourhoods.

A vibrant and leafy location with easy access to the city makes it ideal for a cultural stay for friends or families. It's home to a mix of families, students, artists and young professionals.

The house is in a quiet, friendly street with independent cafes, delis, bakeries, a good wine shop, restaurants and two supermarkets all within walking distance.

There are plenty of parks including Hilly Fields, Telegraph Hill, Ladywell Fields and Greenwich Park, all with great views of London. You can also walk 5 minutes up to Crofton Park or Ladywell both with access to more lovely shops and cafes.

Brockley station (5 mins walk) is on both the East London Overground and also mainline train networks into town; 6 mins London Bridge (for Tate Modern and Riverside attractions); 10-min drive to historic Greenwich and Dulwich; 15 mins Canary Wharf; 15-20 mins Covent Garden, Theatre Land and the West End. 20 mins North Greenwich (O2); 25 mins Bond Street (Jubilee Line); 15 mins to hipster neighbourhoods such as Peckham, Shoreditch, Hackney and Dalston.
