4 bedroom 1930s semi-detached property in a quiet residential area approx. 3 miles west of Swansea city centre with a sea view. The house has been modernised and is in good condition. We have a decent sized garden with a trampoline. There are plenty of toys and games suitable for children up to age 8 and a playroom. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (child`s bedroom with a full size single bed) and a child`s bedroom with a toddler bed so the house could sleep 5 plus a toddler. There is 1 bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath but also a downstairs toilet. There is a large kitchen with a table and a large lounge/ dining room which has a wood burning stove with plenty of wood for you to use. There is a garage which can be used for storage of bikes etc and it has a dryer but no room for a car. There is a travel cot and high chair if needed.

Swansea is not a huge city but has everything you need in terms of shops and restaurants. The house is 1 mile from Swansea Bay beach where there is a promenade (for walkers and cyclists) which stretches approx. 6 miles from Swansea City Centre to the Mumbles. The Gower can be reached in 15 minutes with other beaches 15-40 minutes drive away. The Gower is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has lovely walks both along beaches and across countryside. The nearest shops are a 10 minute walk from the house. There is a large park 10 minutes walk from the house. Mumbles village is 10 minutes drive away which has nice restaurants. Pembrokeshire can be reached in about an hour with more lovely beaches and countryside to visit. The house is 15 minutes drive from J42 of the M4.
