Our flat is the first floor of a Georgian townhouse in a quiet street in the centre of Edinburgh.

It has a large living room with TV, DVD player and Virgin cable and a dining table that can seat up to 6.

There is a double bedroom to the rear with king size bed and a second bedroom at the front with 2 single beds.

The main bathroom has a bath and shower and there is a second bathroom with shower en-suite to the second bedroom.

In addition, there is a box room with a bed suitable for a young child (the mattress is 70x138cm). We also have a travel cot, high chair and children`s toys available.

The kitchen is fully equipped including cooker, gas hob, cooker, microwave, toaster fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with tumble drier.

There is a shared garden to the rear with table and seating.

About the location

Our flat is centrally located in the heart of the fashionable West End of Edinburgh within walking distance of many visitor attractions.

There are many restaurants and bars nearby and Princes Street (which is overlooked by Edinburgh Castle) is only a 10 minute walk away.

It has great transport links to buses, trams (5 mins walk from our flat, and tram takes 30 mins to get to the airport) and train stations (Haymarket station is less than 10 mins walk and Waverly station is 30 mins walk).

A short distance away is Dean Village and Stockbridge, which can be reached by a leafy path along the Water of Leith (which runs through Edinburgh to the Firth of Forth).
