About the location
Brighton has everything: sea and sun (mostly), the South Downs just a 10-minute drive away, fantastic night life, restaurants and arts venues.
Kemp Town is a 5-minute stroll from the main pier and city centre with all its quirky independent shops. King George IV's pleasure palace, the Pavilion, is just 10 minutes on foot.
Walk eastwards into Kemp Town village for antiques emporia, cool cafés and pretty much anything you might need during your stay.
I will leave a comprehensive "best of" list plus parking permits should you wish to bring your car. This is a welcoming and liberal city with a London vibe.
