Our villa is located in a complex called "Heritage Gardens" which is only 15min walk to the Buderim village.
Our villa was completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms (Main with Ensuite) and second bathroom.
There is a modern kitchen,dining and sitting area.
There is carpet to the Bedrooms and timber floor to remainder of interior. Bathrooms are fully tiled.
Feature lighting is provided through out and up to date appliances and fixtures.
The feature of the villa is a large outdoor entertaining deck with opening Vergola to allow breezes and sun to filter onto the deck.
The deck is fitted with a wall mounted TV and small drink fridge.
The deck and BBQ area are surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden.

Buderim is a village located 7km for Mooloolaba beach.
Buderim is handy to the beach, botanic gardens, markets, and the world famous Noosa area.
There is good shopping restaurants and coffee shops all within 10 minutes walk from our complex.
Buderim is a 1.15hr drive to Brisbane and 1 hr from Brisbane airport.
There is a bus stop nearby which takes you through Buderim to the Maroochydore Bus Terminal. The terminal is close to the Sunshine Plaza (Large shopping center). The Plaza is 20mins by car from Buderim with ample parking.
