Our home is in a lovely cul de sac with houses on one side of the street and a cleared green area and bush opposite. Lots of walks to nearby parks. Walking distance to buses, short 5minute drive to the suburban trains. Great neighbours. 5 minute drive to village shopping centre and 10minute drive to a major shopping centre at Chermside. Our house has a lot of living space. Lounge at the front, dining area, kitchen, family area and laundry. Small garden but 2 outdoor living areas. Large garage. House is about 15 years old.
Willing to car exchange. We have a Toyota RAV4.
About the location
Residential but doesn't feel that way because of the green space that surrounds us. Close to beaches at Redcliffe (10 minutes), 2 hours from the Sunshine Coast and 2 hours to Gold Coast. 25 minutes by train to city centre. One hour from the theme parks near the Gold Coast. I.e. Dream World, Sea World, Movie World, wet and wild. Lovely helpful neighbours and family not far away if assistance is required.
