Two storey home - Belrose, Sydney

We live in the bottom half of this house. We have a flat above our garage which is occupied by our friend. This is entirely separate from our section of the home and both areas are extremely private. We have exchanged before for three months and the couple had no feeling of their privacy being invaded.

We have two bedrooms, ensuite, main bathroom and laundry with shower and toilet situated off a casual sitting area with a spare tv. The main lounge room has a plasma tv with large couches. Our kitchen has another casual seating area and the dining area is large and off the kitchen. The rooms are large and you can walk out to the back terrace to a small lush garden and a large swimming pool. The rumpus room is large and is an all purpose room but we have a single bed there and it is next to a bathroom with all facilities plus the washing machine and dryer.
We have a large barbecue in the cabana.

About the location

We are a 15 minute drive to Manly, a very popular beach suburb which attracts the backpackers and families. On a hot w eekend it is extremely busy. It is very pretty. We are also a short drive from all the other beaches along the peninsular coast leading up to Palm Beach.

We are five minutes walk away from the Belrose family pub... no noise at all as you will find out if you stay here. Also two minute walk to the Bowling Club, which has great Chinese food. You can order on the phone and wander across to pick it up if you want to eat at home.

We are five minutes walk from the bus into Sydney, which takes 30 minutes into the heart.

We have a local theatre Glen Street Theatre which has hosted some famous international stars, but mainly puts on local productions. It is not large but very recently renovated and next to a new shopping centre.

We will leave all map instructions for lots of places. We are in a very convenient position.
