Apartment with sea view

First floor one bedroom apartment with sea view in a popular tourist destination in the South or France.

Walking distance into centre of Bandol ( less than 10 mins) and beaches. Parking available and a lift. Balcony with sea views and eating and sitting area. Air conditioning. Apartment is in a quiet area but very close to centre of town.

Bathroom has a shower only.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Sofa bed living area.

Negatives. None really, but apartment is up a hill, going into town downhill is easy and takes less than 10 mins. Is a climb back home and takes longer and is not easy in high summer. We have found various ways around this would be happy to share with you if necessary.

Parking we have a car park space in the apartment, but parking in the centre of town can be tricky in high summer (no problem off season).

About the location

Lovely tourist destination. Close to beaches and a lively town. Flat is less than 10 minutes into the centre where there are a range of shops and restaurants and two beaches easy accessible. My favourite beach is slightly further away but well worth the extra few minutes ( plage renecros).

During the summer there is a lot going one. Boats trips around the Calanques, scuba diving, hiking, music. Easy access to the train station with regular trains into Marseille. Lovely towns around the area, I especially like Sanary sur mer and cassis.Great base to explore villages and coast.
