Detached house with spectacular harbor views - Macandrew Bay

Our home is located in a small village a pleasant 20 drive down the Otago Peninsula. It is a warm dry comfortable and spacious house with plenty of sun and spectacular harbor views. The three main bedrooms are downstairs, with living space upstairs. There is an additional upstairs room used as a study. This can be a 4th bedroom.
We have a gas fire in the living room and heat pump downstairs.
A detached house, in a very quiet and relaxing location. No through road makes for an kid friendly neighborhood.

At the moment we are hoping to find a central London exchange for a couple of weeks prior to Christmas 2018 but plan to be away for 3 weeks - so our house will be available into the new year. Looking for some winter sun ?

About the location

Macandrew Bay is a small village situated on the Otago Peninsula. We have a small dairy (corner shop), art gallery, cafe, pottery, boat club and primary school. Also within easy reach are walking and the local wildlife (Albatrosses, Blue and Yellow Eyed penguins, sea-lions and seals), plus spectacular beaches to walk on. Central Otago and Queenstown lakes provides additional options for outdoor activities.
