House is Soillse 3 at the Findhorn Foundation - a world famous international Eco-Village and spiritual community - Findhorn Foundation

We are a co-housing group who built six houses in a cluster within the Findhorn Foundation Community. We are surrounded by forest and fields and the sea is a 12 minute walk from the house. The house would be ideal for people interested ion environmental sustainability and intentional communities, but equally so, no requirement to engage with the community. The house was built and finished 5 years ago - sleeping arrangements are on the ground floor and living is on the first floor with magnificent views. On the first floor there is a conservatory for dining, a wood burning stove, extremely high cathedral ceiling in living area, open plan kitchen and living room. The house is in top condition and is an Eco-House, very warm in winter.

About the location

The Findhorn fishing village is a 12 minute walk with pubs and the Findhorn Bay to enjoy, The Findhorn Foundation, has extensive programmes on environmental sustainability and spiritual education. It has the Unviersal Hall for performances and an Art centre with works from all over the world. It also has a community shop. The sea is a 15 minute walk from the house and the Findhorn Bay is close by,

the house would be ideal for someone writing a book or a dissertation, wanting to live in a beautiful place that is both quiet and buzzing with activities should one want to engage.
