The house is single storey with a large lounge and open plan kitchen/dining/family room. There are three bedrooms and a study, with an ensuit to the master bedroom and a family bathroom and separate toilet. There is a large covered deck with a barbeque and a table and chairs.
The house is located in a quiet street in Corlette and a 15 minute walk from a bay beach.
A large shopping centre is a five minute drive and there are two golf courses within a ten minute drive.

About the location

Corlette is in Port Stephens, north of Newcastle. The area has beautiful waterways with bays and beaches only minutes away. Great for walks, swimming, fishing and other leisure activities.
Newcastle airport is some 30 minutes away.
The Hunter region, with vineyards and great restaurants, is about an hour away.
The northern suburbs of Sydney can be reached within 2 hours.
